Need to refresh your faves? Here’s how to restore your pieces safely:

• Mild Soap & Water: Soak for a few minutes in warm water with a drop of gentle dish soap. Use a soft toothbrush to clean hard-to-reach spots, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Silver-Specific Polishing Cloths: For S925 or rhodium-plated pieces, use a silver cloth to restore shine without scratching. Avoid abrasive cleaners or toothpaste (they’re way too harsh).
• Baking Soda Paste (Sterling Only): Make a paste with baking soda and water, rub gently with a cloth, and rinse well. Only for uncoated sterling—not for plated styles!

At Jewelry By V, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is thoughtfully curated to offer you quality, style, and confidence. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we offer a 7-day window for returns, refunds, or exchanges, beginning from the date your order is delivered or picked up.

To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with any receipt, packaging, and tags intact. This helps us ensure the integrity of our products and maintain fairness for all customers.

Please note that after the 7-day window has passed, no monetary refunds or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances. However, exceptions beyond the 7-day window will only be considered in cases where a defect is determined to be the result of a manufacturing fault.

Additionally, items marked as final sale or personalized/custom pieces are not eligible for return.

Refund information

• At Jewelry By V, Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, untampered, and accompanied by the original receipt (digital or physical). Upon inspection and approval, you can exchange for an item of equal value or choose a higher-priced item by paying the difference.
• Returns and Exchanges: Items cannot be returned after our 7-day review period. Beyond this timeframe, no exceptions will be made.
