⊛ Non-Refundable Items: Custom items and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
⊛ Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an item you received, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or a higher-priced item by paying the difference.
Two-Month Warranty on Jewelry Tarnishing

While it is extremely unlikely for our jewelry to tarnish due to our rigorous quality control, we recognize that certain maintenance factors may occasionally lead to this issue.
